    Description


    As a Product Manager at Seattle Bank, you will play a pivotal, hands-on role in realizing our vision to build a better way of banking by shaping the future of our products and services and connecting them to the partners and clients who need them.

    You will work closely with organization leaders and cross-functional teams to proactively identify, build, and iterate innovative, user-centric products and services.

    You will have an opportunity to help build and evolve the bank's product and project management disciplines as we grow and mature.

    Responsibilities
    Own various product development projects from conception to launch
    Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define and prioritize features, enhancements, and capabilities in the product roadmap
    Build and evolve product and services leveraging scalable solutions built with right-sized technologies and partners
    Represent and communicate the business benefits for technical infrastructure and integrations that support existing and emerging products and services
    Contribute to the execution of the product roadmap, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products and features

    Monitor and analyze key product metrics and performance indicators, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize product offerings, user experience, and business outcomes.

    Leverage user-centered design, market/consumer research, and feedback to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement and differentiation
    Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes, ensuring our products remain competitive and compliant
    Collaborate with the marketing team to develop go-to-market strategies, positioning, and messaging for product launches and promotions
    Help build the bank's product and project management disciplines by creating structure and processes where they haven't existed before
    Build a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product management team through experimentation, data-driven decision-making, and a relentless focus on delivering user-centric solutions
    Qualifications
    5+ years of product management and financial industry experience strongly preferred
    An undergraduate degree in computer science, business management, marketing, or a related field preferred
    Proven experience as a product leader, driving growth and innovation
    Aptitude for learning with a strong growth mindset
    Ability to thrive in a highly ambiguous environment where you will wear many hats
    Strong knowledge of and demonstrated ability with product and project management principles, methodologies, and best practices
    Exceptional interpersonal, communication and relationship management skills
    Deep analytical, prioritization, organization, and problem-solving skills
    An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
