- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, or related work experience

- Salary is $90,000 - $100,000 per year (DOE)

This role involves analyzing business needs, documenting requirements, and implementing solutions within Salesforce to meet these needs. The candidate should possess a deep understanding of Salesforce functionalities including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom Salesforce applications.
Job Responsibilities:
Business Process Analysis:
Analyze and map business processes to identify improvement opportunities
Conduct meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs
Salesforce Solutions Design and Implementation:
Develop and customize Salesforce solutions to address business requirements
Configure Salesforce features including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and dashboards
Integrate Salesforce with other systems and business processes
Data Management and Analysis:
Ensure data integrity in Salesforce by managing roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings
Analyze data within Salesforce to provide actionable insights and reports to business users
User Support and Training:
Provide support to Salesforce users in the organization and troubleshoot issues
Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for users on Salesforce functionalities
Continuous Improvement:
Keep abreast of new Salesforce features and technologies
Continuously improve and fine-tune existing Salesforce systems based on feedback and business needs
