    Top 5 Technical Skills:
    Sr. Business Analyst (must "take the ball and run with it")
    Understanding of Retirement / Trading / Financials (++)
    SQL (need to be able to query db to get data to create screen shots
    Jira
    Oracle Forms


    Top 3 Soft Skills:
    Communications is key
    Confidence in presentation and discussion skills
    Strong typing skills (ability to type notes during meetings and keep up with the conversation in creating notes, details, requirements
    Strong organization (schedule meetings with stakeholders and technical staff, then run the meetings, lead the discussion.
