- Manage and maintain our NetApp storage infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Manage and maintain our VMWare server infrastructure.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of our systems.
- Collaborate with other members of IT team to develop and implement new technologies and solutions.
- Extensive experience with NetApp storage solutions.
- Strong understanding of virtualization technologies such as VMWare
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic networking skills. (Firewalls, VPNs, etc.)
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as Azure and AWS.
- Relevant certifications such as NetApp Certified Data Administrator (NCDA) or Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE).
- Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange Sever.
- Experience with setting up site to site VPNs
- Experience with Juniper equipment.
