Role Overview:

Were on the lookout for a versatile IT Systems Specialist. This role is tailor-made for tech enthusiasts who revel in ensuring IT systems operate smoothly and securely. From managing server environments to fortifying our cybersecurity framework, this position is all about ensuring our digital operations run without a hitch.

What Youll Do:

Architect and manage IT systems across a variety of environments, ensuring seamless operation and tight security.
Excel in troubleshooting, offering Level 2 technical support that keeps our systems running smoothly.
Dive into monitoring system performance, constantly seeking ways to improve reliability and security.
Champion IT documentation, maintaining clear and concise records that bolster our operational efficiency.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

A proven track record in IT, ideally with 3+ years in systems administration or a closely related role.
Deep knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems, virtualization technologies, and cloud services.
A knack for PowerShell scripting, with a talent for automating tasks that increase system efficiency.
Exceptional communication skills, with a penchant for working both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
