Controller (m/f/d):

Full-time, located in Bamberg

Responsibilities:

Preparation of monthly and quarterly reports (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow)
Conducting targetactual comparisons, adhoc analyses, and communicating them to the management, as well as participating in the development and implementation of measures to achieve goals
Preparation of budgets, forecasts, and multiyear planning (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow, integrated financial planning)
Cost center and cost unit accounting
Conducting financial due diligence in the context of M&A projects
Preparation of analyses and presentations for the management
Further development of controlling instruments and processes

Skills and Qualifications:

Completed degree in business administration with a focus on finance/controlling or a comparable education
First practical experience in controlling/financial accounting and/or in M&A
Advanced MS Office skills (especially Excel)
