- All medical and allied health professional staff members are provisional for the first year.
- Any and all medical or allied health professional staff privileges at Children's will terminate automatically upon the termination of the individual's employment at Children's.
- Termination of employment does not prohibit the individual from seeking medical or allied health professional staff privileges at Children's as a non-employee in any category for which the individual qualifies.

The Mental Health Therapist - Program Management works as one of several program managers who coordinates the Seattle Children's Gender Clinic in Adolescent and Young Adult Medicine.
The Mental Health Therapist facilitates care coordination and health care system navigation for patients and families. The Mental Health Therapist will also perform gender dysphoria evaluations for patients interested in services at the Gender Clinic.Outside of clinic, the Mental Health Therapist will triage referrals, assist with outreach efforts, participate in and facilitate consultation groups, and assist families with case management such as working with insurance companies or finding community resources for families.
