The Tax Director will plan, execute, direct, and complete tax projects; provide innovative tax planning, consulting, and compliance expertise to clients and staff; market, design, and implement tax-planning strategies for clients and manage to budget.
Some responsibilities and requirements:
- Help shape our growing tax department.
- CPA and Master's in Tax required
- At least 68 years relevant work experience with an accounting firm, including at least 5 years of tax experience
- Strong technical knowledge of multi state complex tax issues
- Proven leadership and strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a natural facilitator
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills; and
- Proficient use of technology including MS Excel; Lacerte knowledge preferred

Pay:
$150, $250,000.00 per year
