Bookkeeper with a
cheerful disposition needed for a fast paced CPA firm located in Manalapan, NJ

Responsibilities will involve but not limited to:
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements
- Accounts Receivable; entering customer invoices, posting income and client collections
- Accounts Payable; entering vendor invoices
- Maintain accurate records
- Must understand how to and execute journal entries for month end closings, opening adjustments and yearend adjustments. Including the preparation of adjusted Trial Balance, Balances Sheet and Profit & Loss Reports
Salary commensurate with experience. Our firm is proud of promoting from within so there is plenty of room for growth. Overtime required during tax season and as needed during the year.
