Description

We are looking for a dedicated and outgoing Export Clerk in full-time for a long-term position within direct placement. This is an international and modern company in the machinery and plant construction industry, located in 28359 Bremen, with service locations all over the world and state-of-the-art products for highly efficient and sustainable work.

Your responsibilities will include:

As an Export Clerk, you will handle export processes for both EU and non-EU countries
To ensure a smooth process, you will prepare necessary customs documents and keep track of delivery dates and country-specific regulations
You will request quotes for collaboration with, for example, freight forwarders
You will diligently follow up on orders until invoice creation and communicate with customers in writing and over the phone

What we are looking for:

You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, for example as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk or industrial clerk, and have some relevant work experience
You are proficient in using common MS Office programs and have good German and English skills
As an Export Clerk, you are reliable and independent, and your open and understanding nature opens doors for you
