- Conduct in-person visits with new and existing customers to manage sales volume and expand the customer base.
- Act as a White Cap Brand Ambassador to increase sales and exceed gross margin targets.
- Resolve customer issues and generate sales leads through research, networking, and other strategies.
- Create and implement effective business plans to drive sales and manage accounts successfully.
- Provide market insights and collaborate with sales teams to achieve sales quotas and objectives.
- Maintain product knowledge, submit sales reports, and attend company meetings regularly.
- Build and nurture customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Skills in data analysis and problem-solving.
- Work independently with occasional guidance on complex issues.
- May provide guidance to junior staff.
- Work in a comfortable environment with exposure to some discomfort and risks.
- Physical exertion required intermittently.
- Minimal overnight travel.
- BS/BA with 2-5 years of related experience OR MS/MA with 2-4 years of experience.
- Familiarity with Strategic Selling and Large Account Management concepts.
- Previous telesales experience and strong phone sales skills.
- Knowledge of the company's product line.
- Ability to travel to customer sites daily.
