- Offering guidance on compliance, investment regulations, and accounting developments affecting clients
- Delivering presentations at client, shareholder, and Board of Director meetings, reviewing financial information
- Managing accounting tasks for captive clients, such as general ledgers, reconciliations, and financial reports
- Training and developing team members
- Collaborating with various service providers and overseeing regulatory filings
- Interfacing with domiciles like Vermont, Cayman Islands, and District of Columbia
- Conducting audit reviews and compliance testing
- Monitoring cash flow, preparing budgets, and generating reports
- Maintaining confidentiality of processed information
- Adhering to company policies and procedures
- Performing other assigned duties
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
- 5-10 years of experience in a similar role
- Demonstrated critical thinking and initiative
- Ability to build effective work relationships and work in a team environment
- Strong listening, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- CPA designation
- Manual dexterity and range of motion for keyboard and telephone use
- Speech and hearing abilities for communication
- Vision for computer use
- Ability to sit at a desk for extended periods
