Job Description
:

Provide general account administration services supporting Microsoft Windows and UNIX-based operating systems, for the Air Force DCGS Experimental enclave (DGS-X), Langley AFB, VA.

Non-daytime shiftwork required.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage and update user accounts within the IAM system, including re-validation (e.g., annual account attestation) and or job/role change
Create accounts, reset passwords, and modify accounts with approved changes
Perform password resets in response to end-user requests, manage expiration dates, and synchronize password resets with all provisioned endpoints
Monitor and respond to ticket queues for customer requests
Provide the ability to de-provision access to accounts (whether manually or via integration with DCGS IAM systems)
Maintain workflow processes to support multiple approvers as defined in the DCGS IAM workflow process
Provide subject matter expertise for Account Management in the Enterprise
Monitor account database for unused or expired accounts per Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) guidelines
Perform remote IAM services where possible

Required Qualifications:

Two years Active Directory experience
Two years general IT client systems support experience
DoD 8570 certified, IAT Level II
Project strong customer focus

Physical Requirements:

Sitting (50%), Standing (10%), Walking (5%), Grasping (60%), Reaching (10%), Near Acuity (50%), Speaking (100%), Listening (100%), Sight (100%), Use of Hands/Fingers (75%), Color Determination (100%)
