Your responsibilities

You build a network of subcontractors as well as manufacturers and suppliers of building services trades
You issue subcontractor services
You exchange information with business partners related to projects to be calculated
You develop procurement and awarding strategies
You calculate building services trades (cost group 400 according to DIN276) of turnkey construction projects based on the existing performance specifications or descriptions
You review subcontractor offers and negotiate subcontractor services
You prepare award documents

Your profile

You have successfully completed studies in building services engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, a further education as a technician in this field, or a comparable education
You are proficient in Microsoft Office, RIB Arriba bauen and RIB iTWO
You are familiar with legal and normative requirements for building services systems
You ideally have several years of professional experience in the calculation and/or procurement of SF projects
You have knowledge of construction contract law (BGB, VOB)
Fluent German language skills in spoken and written complete your profile
