Position Summary:
The Resident Services Clinical Manager is responsible for assisting leaders with planning, directing, organizing, monitoring, and staffing the care setting subject to policies, budgets, objectives, and directives mandated by regulatory agencies, DNV, and the administrative team.
Assists the Director of Senior Services to ensure delivery of high quality, cost effective resident care and efficient management of staff in accordance with goals, objectives, and organizational policies.
Responsible for operational expenses and reporting outcomes and variances to the Director of Senior Services. Ensures effective clinical care with focus on residents, providers, and employees of assigned departments. Leads, manages, supervises, evaluates, and develops clinical team. Refers to and develops policy, procedure, guidelines, and department specific competencies. Ensures the department is aligned with the overall mission, vision, values, and culture of Bozeman Health and Hillcrest.Minimum Qualifications:
