The District Hospital Landshut, Clinic for Psychiatry, Psychotherapy and Psychosomatics, Clinic for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, Psychotherapy and Psychosomatics, is currently seeking a Technical Operations Manager (m/f/d) for its location in Landshut, Montgomery, AL.

Since its opening in 1993, the District Hospital Landshut, with its branches in Deggendorf, Zwiesel, Passau, and Waldkirchen, has become an important and indispensable part of the healthcare system in Lower Bavaria.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Overall responsibility for the technical infrastructure of the District Hospital Landshut and its branches
Planning, controlling, and monitoring technical processes and procedures
Ensuring the operational readiness and maintenance of all technical systems
Participation in new construction projects, as well as planning, project management, and cost accounting for renovation projects
Monitoring and optimizing energy management, as well as environmental and safety standards
Coordination of collaboration with external service providers and suppliers
Budget responsibility and cost control in the technical department
Leadership and motivation of the technical team

YOUR PROFILE
Degree in a technical field or equivalent qualification, ideally with additional qualifications in business administration
Experience in personnel management and project management
High problem-solving skills and independent work style
