They secure property acquisition and take care of building rights. The individual areas of responsibility are available as contact persons for all real estate matters both internally and externally.

Your tasks

Independent execution and management of real estate projects in data center construction as the client representative (m/f/d), including conception, planning, implementation, documentation, and handover to the user
Full project responsibility and management for scheduling, budget control, and quality assurance
Assumption of procurement, management, and optimization of planning services as well as coordination with authorities and obtaining necessary permits
Negotiation and commissioning of technically complex construction services and their supervision
Coordination and management of the project team consisting of external service providers and internal departments
Project reporting for internal decision-making and steering committees

Your profile

Successfully completed studies in the field of architecture or civil engineering or industrial engineering
Several years of experience in data center construction as well as project management in the areas of new construction, renovation, and construction in existing buildings, from conception to successful completion; we also offer the opportunity for technically interested university graduates to familiarize themselves with
