We are transforming our train stations into innovative mobility centers, offering not only traditional transportation options but also bike-sharing and car-sharing services.

We are currently seeking a part-time (19.5 hours/week) Service Generalist (m/f/d) to join our team at DB Station&Service AG in Pforzheim, Mühlacker, Freudenstadt, and Horb.

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing customeroriented service at both small and large train stations, with a holistic perspective from the customer's point of view
Flexibly responding to the needs of each station, including providing information to travelers and assisting with boarding, changing, and exiting trains
Managing passenger flow and coordinating with the 3S control center to ensure safe railway operations, especially during disruptions or major events
Monitoring the overall condition of the train station and initiating improvements, such as addressing cleanliness or vandalism issues by informing the appropriate departments
Taking proactive measures to address minor issues at the train station and improve the overall quality of the passenger experience
Actively participating in the planning of your shifts and suggesting when your presence would be beneficial, such
