- Calibrate, troubleshoot, repair, and startup of all types of instrumentation and logic control systems including:
- Flowmeters; magnetic, venturi, orifice plate
- Differential pressure; flow, level
- Level; ultrasonic, capacitance
- Analyzers; filter backwash optimization, turbidity, pH, gas
- Variable Frequency Drives (VFD)
- PLC and SCADA system programming
- Provide on-site installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting support for control systems
- Perform system testing and validation to ensure proper functionality and performance
- Conduct training sessions for customers on the operation and maintenance of control systems
- Ensure compliance with all safety guidelines and regulations while working on-site
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships as well as be a team player with other staff members.
- Travel throughout the United States is required, approximately 25% of the year.
- 2-year technical degree
- Minimum of 5 years significant experience in municipal (water / wastewater) automation projects including complex field service installation and startup activities.
- Minimum of 5 years knowledge and experience with gravity filter system backwash procedures and filter backwash optimization technology, Biogas and Filter Membrane Technology project experience is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in control systems design, programming, and/or troubleshooting
- Having extensive knowledge and experience in water and wastewater plant processes, water plant gravity filter systems, and wastewater plant tertiary filter control systems is a plus
- Programming experience with hardware and software below is a plus:

- Communications experience with the following is a plus:
