    This role will be responsible for Payroll & Benefits for the US both for corporate & retail. There will be 1 direct report. Client Details
    They are a leading international luxury goods organization.
    Description
    This role will be responsible for Payroll & Benefits for the US.
    There are roughly 300 employees between corporate & retail.
    Payroll processing in the US & Canada
    Manage the payroll & benefits specialist
    Perform regular data checks to ensure employee changes in HRIS and payroll system are reflected accurately in employee profiles
    Payroll reconciliation
    Handle all payroll escalations
    Benefit filings
    State law & compliance
    Multi state payroll processing
    Canadian payroll
    Profile
    ~ Bachelors Degree
    ~5+ years of payroll experience
    ~ ADP Workforce Now experience is a plus
    ~ Good communication skills
    ~ Ability to travel when needed
