We are currently seeking a full-time, permanent Nursing Specialist B.Sc. (m/f/d) with a focus on Heart Failure for our
Cardiovascular Department in North Cleveland, TX.

As an academic nursing professional, you will be assigned to one of our Cardiology or Cardiothoracic Surgery units.

Within the framework of a partial exemption for scientific and conceptual work, you can contribute and implement your ideas for the further development of nursing care.

Your responsibilities:

Nursing care for patients with highly complex needs based on evidencebased decisions
Taking responsibility for and implementing the entire nursing process, as well as providing advice and guidance to patients (m/f/d) and their families, incorporating your acquired knowledge and skills from your academic studies
Participation in an interdisciplinary training and treatment concept for heart failure
Identifying potential for improvement in nursing care for patient groups or disease symptoms
Developing practical research questions and implementing innovative solutions in your own professional field
Initiating and conducting training measures on nursing topics for the nursing staff on the unit

Your profile:

Successfully completed threeyear vocational training in Health and Pediatric Nursing, Health and Nursing Care, or Elderly Care
Successfully completed a degree (usually in Nursing or Nursing Science B.Sc.)
Knowledge and professional experience in acute inpatient patient care is desirable, but not a requirement
Interest in further training as a Heart Failure Nurse
Ability to apply the knowledge acquired during your studies in patient care and work in an
