For our location in Frankfurt, we are currently looking for flexible, cheerful, and assertive leaders as shift managers (m/f/d).

In collaboration with the restaurant manager, your tasks will include:


  • Organizing the operations at Jamy's Burger location.
  • Ensuring a flawless appearance of the entire dining area according to guidelines.
  • Monitoring productivity, personnel costs, and inventory usage.
  • Conducting daily and monthly accounting.
  • Personnel selection, scheduling, and management, as well as conducting regular staff training.
  • Creating schedules for the kitchen, bar, and service areas.
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and hygiene regulations according to HACCP.

Your profile:


  • Do you have a professional training in system gastronomy or related industries?
  • Do you have commercial experience, particularly in personnel management and cost management?
  • Are you sociable, dedicated, and highly serviceoriented?
  • Do you enjoy working independently, in a structured and goaloriented manner?
  • Are you a natural when it comes to motivating and leading people?
  • Are you resilient, flexible
