    Job Description

    This role involves providing fire/smoke, mold, and specialty mitigation services for residential and commercial properties, including demolition, water extraction, cleaning, vandalism clean-up, and more.

    Responsibilities:
    • Work as part of a team assisting properties affected by disasters.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Load vehicles with necessary equipment and tools.
    • Prepare job sites for demolition and restoration activities.
    • Set up efficient drying processes.
    • Maintain communication with management and team members.
    • Ensure equipment and vehicles are clean and organized.
    • Complete restoration projects promptly and up to standards.
    • Maintain documentation and provide outstanding customer communication.
    Skills & Experience:
    • Work in confined spaces or at height.
    • Comfortable with cleaning agents.
    • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted, occasionally up to 100 lbs with assistance.
    • Water Restoration Tech Certification (WRT/ IICRC) is a plus.

    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay Range: $17-$21 per hour, with additional commissions and bonuses based on performance. Negotiable based on experience.
