Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of personal injury claims from inception to conclusion.
  • Represent clients in court, mediation, and arbitration sessions.
  • Negotiate settlements with opposing parties and insurance companies.
  • Advise clients on their legal rights, claim liability, and the legal process.
  • Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations relevant to personal injury cases.
  • Conduct depositions and manage discovery processes efficiently.
  • Draft motions and other legal documents.
  • Gather and analyze evidence to support legal actions.
  • Develop strategies and arguments for trial preparation.
  • Continuously update knowledge through professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Must possess a Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas.
  • A minimum of 2+ years of presuit personal injury experience, preferably on the plaintiff's side.
  • Demonstrated experience in personal injury protection is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to maintaining a high level of professionalism and ethical standards.

Pay:
$100, $135,000.00 per year
