Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of personal injury claims from inception to conclusion.
- Represent clients in court, mediation, and arbitration sessions.
- Negotiate settlements with opposing parties and insurance companies.
- Advise clients on their legal rights, claim liability, and the legal process.
- Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations relevant to personal injury cases.
- Conduct depositions and manage discovery processes efficiently.
- Draft motions and other legal documents.
- Gather and analyze evidence to support legal actions.
- Develop strategies and arguments for trial preparation.
- Continuously update knowledge through professional development opportunities.
Qualifications
- Must possess a Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas.
- A minimum of 2+ years of presuit personal injury experience, preferably on the plaintiff's side.
- Demonstrated experience in personal injury protection is highly desirable.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to maintaining a high level of professionalism and ethical standards.
Pay:
$100, $135,000.00 per year
