Develop and maintain broker and client relationships throughout the United StatesSupport the buildout of a profitable management liability underwriting platformManage underwriting production with integrity, focusing on profitability and across a range of management liability insurance productsHelp develop, maintain, and improve policy forms, underwriting guidelines, rating plans, and workflowsUse internally generated, and third-party data to improve the productivity of the group, and customer serviceWork closely with the Claims team to ensure that the products are performing as designed, that we have a ground-up view of the loss scenarios, and take appropriate remediation action as neededWork with the regulatory affairs team as we develop policy and endorsement wording to ensure their filing and admittance in the U.S.
Conduct market research to develop underwriting tools that will assist in improving the portfolioWhat were looking for:Bachelor's degree3+ years relevant work experience in Management Liability (D&O, Employment Practices and Fiduciary Liability)Product development experienceAbility to work independently as well as in a team environmentDetail oriented with excellent communication skills, both written and verbalPossess an entrepreneurial spirit and a can-do attitudeContribute to a positive and collaborative team environmentComfortable working in a fast-paced, buildout environmentCommitment to underwriting profitably and providing excellent customer serviceWillingness to travel (up to 30%).
