Job Overview


Prototypes Pasadena Adult Outpatient Services is a program of HealthRIGHT 360 that is designed to provide comprehensive, evidence-based treatment services for individuals aged 18 and older.

Outpatient and intensive outpatient programs are available as well as services designed specifically for pregnant and parenting mothers, for parents who have an open case with child protective services, and for adults in the criminal or family court systems.

All our staff members are specially trained to assist clients with these unique issues in individual and group service formats.


The LPHA Supervisor is responsible for the management of services and operations for the clinical care delivered to adults receiving outpatient behavioral healthcare at the Pasadena site.

The LPHA Supervisor motivates and inspires high performing multidisciplinary team to achieve fiscal goals while ensuring best possible treatment outcome for our clients and to provide treatment in accordance with HealthRIGHT 360's philosophy, goals, policies, mission, and vision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manages day to day program operations and provides clinical oversight.
  • Optimizes program performance on adult DMH contracts, assigned grants, and other sources of funding.
  • Implements improvements to the integration of behavioral health with other healthcare services to improve the quality and continuum of client care.
  • Works collaboratively with all disciplines of staff across programs.
  • Oversees Adult Services staff providing treatment in accordance with Prototypes mission, and values, and in accordance with ethical and legal standards.
  • Ensures that quality, research based, cuttingedge services are provided to clients at all times.
  • Makes program decisions based on clientcentered approach.
  • Manages quality of care and service concerns, including legal and ethical issues and communicates same to site Director through regularly reporting.
  • Ensures all direct reports comply with HR360's policies, procedures and position expectations and performance goals.
  • Ensures that the program is following HIPAA and 42CFR regulations, HR360's policies and procedures, and all other licensing and funding mandates.
Education and Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • BBS license (PsyD, CSW, LMFT, LPCC) strongly preferred.
  • Strong computer skills, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and oral.
  • Excellent knowledge of DMH programs and documentation.
  • Selfmotivated, dependable, creative, and proactive approach to work; understands the importance of working independently and within a team environment.
  • Proven operational and project management skills.
  • Ability to delegate, set goals, provide timely performance feedback, and motivate others.
  • Strong clinical skills with a strengthsbased focus specifically related to the programs assigned.
  • Knowledge of and experience with providing culturally competent and traumainformed services.
  • High degree of selfawareness and selfregulation.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
