    Job Description

    The company is seeking a Senior Analog Electrical Engineer to join the team in Danbury, CT with the opportunity for a U.S. Federal security clearance. Competitive relocation packages available with a $10,000 SIGN ON BONUS.

    Summary:

    The Electrical Engineering Department is looking for experienced Analog Electrical Design Engineers to provide solutions for challenging projects. You will work on high-reliability electrical designs for intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance missions across various platforms with unique design challenges in space environments.

    Responsibilities:

    • Review and assess customer requirements
    • Follow structured design and validation processes
    • Develop original electrical designs
    • Conduct complex analog design and analysis
    • Support validation testing
    • Collaborate with program teams
    • Present to design reviews and customer meetings
    • Provide technical support for proposals

    Qualifications:

    • 8-10+ years of analog electrical engineering experience in space programs
    • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, MS preferred
    • Lead electrical design experience
    • Ability to derive requirements and create verification plans
    • Experience in space, DoD programs, mission analysis
    • Familiarity with Focal plane devices and power electronics
    • Proficiency in electrical engineering software
    • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
