    Job Description

    Position Overview: A Customer Service Attendant is responsible for the day to day operations of the car wash while serving the customer with exemplary customer service.

    Key areas of responsibility:

    • Build relationships with our customers and provide excellence in customer service through various ways such as greeting when they enter
    • Assisting customers with selecting type of wash
    • Accepting and processing payment
    • Guiding them onto the conveyor, and spraying the car before they enter the wash
    • Ensure all equipment is maintained and properly repaired when needed
    • Inspect and maintain operation of all equipment including arches, guns, dryers, lights, chain, and vacuums.
    • Check and fill all chemical levels as needed or report low levels as necessary
    • Adherence to operational procedures
    • Conduct quality control checks of vehicles to ensure the completed product meets expectations
    • Complete tasks associated with location cleanliness and appearance such as sweeping, mopping, cleaning windows, pressure washing, etc.
    • Education/Experience Required: High School Graduate.
    • Availability to Work: Special shift requirements, if any, will vary depending on a location's hiring needs.

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; and use hands to handle cash and equipment. The employee is required to reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit and climb or balance. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

    Ability to work in all weather conditions extreme Hot & cold For long periods of time

    This is an hourly non- exempt position with full- time and part- time availability.
