- Utilizing Penske's tools and technologies for repair logging, research, and completion, including basic vehicle diagnostics
- Performing preventative maintenance tasks such as tire replacements, rotations, lubrication, and component replacements, in addition to handling some electrical system repairs and cooling system maintenance for both gas and diesel engine vehicles
- Collaborating with your manager to acquire new skills through Penske's technician training and hands-on guidance
- Engaging in other assigned projects and tasks under the supervision of your manager

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational or technical certification in vehicle repair is a plus
- Basic mechanical aptitude with 1-2 years of automotive or diesel repair experience (preferred)
- Valid driver's license
- Problem-solving skills and comfort in using tools
