Your tasks:

  • In consultation with the kitchen management, you create the menu plans.
  • You plan and order the products to be produced carefully.
  • You independently manage your station and keep an eye on your team.
  • Recipe adherence and sustainable preparation of products are just as important as HACCP.
  • During lunch service, you are at the front of the guests and sell your products with a smile.
