Operational Purchaser for Critical Procurement (m/f/d)

What you'll be doing with us:

Processing of orders for spare parts in critical procurement, from inquiry to invoice verification, in compliance with procurement law, including coordination with the logistics department and the accounting department
Maintenance of master data and document management, including handling of complaints
Maintenance of supplier relationships and support in supplier evaluation and management
Preparation of purchasing reports and statistics, as well as conducting market, potential, and price analyses
Participation in planning and optimization of purchasing processes

What you bring with you:

Completed commercial training, ideally as an industrial clerk, with additional training or further education in a relevant field
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and experience with an ERP system (preferably SAP)
High level of independence, communication skills, and service mentality
Modern mindset for actively contributing to digitalization projects in purchasing
