We are currently looking for a pedagogical employee (m/f/d) to support the class teacher at our private Montessori primary school in Forchheim.

We offer an environment for approximately 340 children in our kindergarten and school where they can learn to live according to their individual abilities. Our private Montessori school offers grades 1-10, with 8 primary and 6 secondary classes, including inclusive education.

You

are willing to commit to our pedagogical idea and bring enthusiasm, openness, and great dedication
are accustomed to working in democratic structures and as part of a team, and maintain a trusting communication with parents, colleagues, and superiors
are familiar with the pedagogy of Maria Montessori and want to apply your experiences in working with children and adolescents
value a respectful, child/adolescent-oriented approach and a differentiated and motivating way of working with students

We expect from you

a pedagogical education
preferably experience in working with children and adolescents
the willingness and ability to familiarize yourself with specific educational topics
the ability to quickly adapt to a new situation and work well within a team
