    Business Product Manager - Conversational AI & Digital Commerce

    Long term

    We are seeking a forward-thinking Business Product Manager who excels at merging strategic business insights with cutting-edge Conversational AI and digital commerce technologies. This role calls for a dynamic leader adept at navigating the complexities of enhancing consumer experiences through innovative AI-driven solutions. You will play a pivotal role in steering our product vision, aligning technical capabilities with market and consumer needs to forge impactful digital solutions.

    Responsibilities:


    • Strategic Collaboration: Engage closely with Product Owners and Business Stakeholders to explore new consumer experience avenues, transforming insights and market trends into actionable product initiatives.


    • Technical Insight: Utilize your expertise in Generative AI to assess and validate the feasibility and impact of proposed solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives and consumer expectations.


    • Design and Architecture: Partner with AI Architects to develop robust, scalable AI solutions. Ensure designs adhere to organizational standards and leverage industry best practices for maximum efficiency and innovation.


    • Product Leadership: Lead the translation of business opportunities into detailed technical requirements and product features. Prioritize development efforts to balance customer needs with strategic business goals.


    • Cross-functional team Leadership: Coordinate with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure a cohesive product strategy from inception through launch. Manage the full product lifecycle, maintaining a seamless flow from ideation to deployment.


    • Innovation Management: Champion continuous technological and product advancements, keeping abreast of the latest trends in Conversational AI, Generative AI, and e-commerce to drive ongoing improvements.


    • Communication Mastery: Effectively communicate progress and insights across all organizational levels, synthesizing complex technical details into clear, strategic plans for business stakeholders.

    Qualifications:


    • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field is required. A Master's degree is preferred.


    • Experience Requirements: Proven track record as a Product Manager or similar role, with specific experience in managing AI-powered consumer experience products and digital commerce solutions.


    • Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of Language Model Learning (LLM), Generative AI, NLP, and related AI technologies, evidenced by successful implementation in past projects.


    • Interdisciplinary Skill Set: Demonstrated ability to work effectively with both technical and business teams, bridging gaps to foster innovation and alignment.


    • Communication and Influence: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, capable of convincing and influencing stakeholders at varying levels of the organization.


    • Agile Experience: Proficient in agile methodologies, with hands-on experience using modern PM tools and practices to drive product development.


    • Location: This is a remote role, with a preference for candidates based in EST or CST time zones to align with team collaboration hours.
