    Its management team guides clients through all phases of planning, design, construction and project management for commercial, industrial and institutional markets.

    KenMors work ranges from office buildings and multiuse developments to stadiums, arenas, shopping centers, restaurants, hospitals and industrial plants.
    POSITION RESPONSIBILITIESSupport the Project Managers and Field Personnel for the projects they manage from project set-up to close-out.

    Project setup (Budget, Submittal Log, RFI Log, CPR Logs, PM Drawing Log, etc.)Assist Project Manager with Submittal Requests and RFI'sPreparation of Subcontracts & Purchase OrdersAssist Project Manager with the Preparation of Change Proposal Requests and Change OrdersAssist Superintendents with setting up job site trailers, temporary electricity, ordering first aid kitsAssists with daily documentation of job conditions and status of active work areasAssists with safety inspections and observations of worker behaviors and site conditions.

    POSITION RESPONSIBILITIESHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in construction management or administration is a plus.
    Proven experience in construction project coordination or similar roles within the construction industry.
    Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and best practices.
    Proficiency in project management software and tools, with experience in scheduling and document management systems preferred.
    Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
    Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
