About the Project:

  • We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our international R&D center in partnership with a leading software and IoT solutions company, specializing in engineering, technical documentation, and projects in the fields of electronics and mechanics. Our solutions are crucial for the automotive, medical, and energy industries.
  • Currently, we are working on a project to adapt a new ERP system to specific user requirements. We have over 200 change requests, with a total of 400 tasks in our backlog. Our team is actively working on migrating from the current ERP system. We are looking for a Project Manager who can accelerate the integration and customization process of the ERP system, ensuring effective implementation and optimal use of our solutions.
  • Onboarding: first 3/6 weeks in Kiel, Germany
  • Work mode: 100% remote with travel to Germany every two weeks

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze existing processes and project achievements, identify areas for improvement or change
  • Research alternative tools, technologies, or methodologies, introduce innovations and improvements to increase project efficiency
