The following tasks await you:

Assisting customers in purchasing the 9 Euro ticket at the automated machine
Actively approaching and directing customers to the machine upon entering the travel center
Providing information about the conditions and travel options with the 9 Euro ticket

We are looking for:

A helpful, customeroriented personality who enjoys approaching people and can handle different situations well due to their strong communication skills
Knowledge about the 9 Euro ticket (training will be provided on site)
Preferably experience within the DB Group
Excellent German language skills
