Commercial Employee | Administrative Assistant (m/f/d) Technical Order Processing

To successfully handle our diverse tasks, we are looking for a strong addition to our team in full-time as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities with us:

Support the department manager in daytoday operations from A to Z
Administrative support and processing of assembly and repair orders
Ensuring complete project documentation and followup in a maintenance system
Independent creation of personnel deployment plans and economic processing of customer orders
Preparation of offers including cost calculation and support of the responsible department manager in accepting and coordinating work assignments
Correspondence with employees, customers, suppliers, and service providers
Acceptance and processing of customer complaints
Support in maintaining existing customer relationships
Preparatory activities for invoicing and invoice control

You will support our Industrial Technology team at the
Freiburg location.
