Your responsibilities will include providing competent support to our customers regarding our products, acquiring new customers in a professional manner, taking responsibility for products with a focus on credit and retirement planning, and developing well-thought-out and tailored financial solutions in line with our holistic approach.

You will also continuously build and maintain customer relationships through excellent service.

To be successful in this role, you should have completed a successful apprenticeship as a bank clerk (m/f/d) or have a comparable qualification in the financial services industry.

You should also have experience in advising private customers, possess a strong service mentality, and have a proactive and team-oriented approach.
