- Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring work is done to the highest standards of quality and according to project specifications.
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring they adhere to safety protocols and complete their tasks on time.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve any issues or deficiencies on site.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and team members to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and building codes.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, enforcing safety guidelines and promoting a culture of safety on site.
- Train and mentor junior team members to develop their skills and enhance their performance.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all construction activities, including daily reports, material usage, and labor hours
- Proven experience as a construction foreman or superintendent (+3 years), preferably in the pool installation industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team and collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- OSHA certification is a plus.
- Salary at $55,000 - $65,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
