CarMax is looking for a Support Analyst to join our Payroll Systems team who is excited about developing and supporting innovative applications to drive the industry forward. Our team supports the accurate and timely payment of our amazing associates, using both best-of-breed SAAS technologies, as well as custom incentive management tools that help contribute to CarMax being a Forbes Top 100 Best Companies to work for, 15 years running

**Responsibilities:**

Main Technologies

+ SQL

+ Windows

+ C#.Net

+ Kronos/UKG

+ Workday

+ ServiceNow

+ Salesforce

+ SAP Commissions (Incentive Compensation Management)

**Requirements:**

+ IIS Administration and troubleshooting (3 tier infrastructure)

+ Code releases (automated and manual)

+ Incident triage and troubleshooting

+ SQL scripts and database updates

+ Monitoring the health and progress of our 40+ applications

+ Participating in an after-hours on-call rotation with other team members (nights and weekends)

+ Yearning to learn something new every day

+ Excellent communication and leadership skills

+ 4-year degree or related experience

Work Location and Arrangement:?This role will be based out of the Richmond, VA Technology Innovation Center and have a Hybrid work arrangement

Work Authorization: Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
