We are looking for a motivated and friendly customer service representative for our customer service team in Liberty, IN.You have a passion for all products related to nail design and will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent service through phone, chat, and email.
In addition, you have good computer skills.If this sounds like you, then we want you to join our customer service team.
Responsibilities:
- You will handle customer inquiries and provide advice on our products, as well as assist with order processing through email, phone, and chat.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service
- Enjoy interacting with and advising customers
- Responsible and able to work independently
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
