Pedagogical Employee (m/f/d) for the project "Ecological, Economic and Digital Education"

part-time (20 hours) or full-time.

Your tasks include:


  • Collaboration in the conception and implementation of innovative offers and events in the field of economic, ecological and digital education for all target groups;
  • Planning, organization and implementation of courses in the mentioned subject areas;
  • Development of suitable, target grouporiented marketing strategies, especially with regard to target groups that are usually difficult to engage in teaching/learning processes;
  • Cooperation with cooperation partners and networking with other actors;
  • Administration of funding and project documentation.

We expect from the applicant (m/f/d):

  • A completed university degree in (adult) education, media communication, communication sciences or a similar course of study with a focus on media and education;
  • Experience in target grouporiented conception/organization of educational offers as well as in the development and application of digital marketing and teaching/learning strategies;
  • Digital affinity, sound media competence, confident handling of social media as well as very good organizational and communication skills in spoken and written form;
  • Enjoyment of working with people as well as building and expanding contacts and networks;
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team;
  • Business thinking, flexibility and resilience
