Working at the DRK is more than just a job, because you

complete your practical phases at our DRK senior center as well as with our cooperation partners. You will be supervised by a practical instructor.
gain knowledge and practical skills in various tasks and concepts of nursing.
learn to support people in need of care of all ages in their daily lives, provide care according to their individual situation, and plan and document the nursing process.
develop competencies for dealing with challenging social situations in nursing.
learn to use modern information and communication technologies and acquire knowledge of legal framework conditions in nursing.

You are exactly the right person for us because you

have at least a secondary school leaving certificate or an equivalent qualification.
are interested in supporting and accompanying people in need of care.
