Responsibilities:
Skills for Success:
- Handles the mail distribution (incoming and outgoing) for most of Southern California across multiple divisions of Gallagher, processing approximately pieces of mail daily through this office
- Rsponsible for all electronic delivery of mail to and from carriers and remote workers
- Prepares, processes, receives, and distributes all shipments from Vendors (i.e., UPS, Fed-Ex, etc)
- In addition to regular mail distribution, the Operations Office Assistant also processes all copy, binding and Project preparation
- The Operarations Office Assistant role is crosstrained on all the Operation roles and serves as the backup receptionist and covers the reception breaks/PTO days and the management of Appspace reservations for employees and conference rooms
- Assists with the organization and monitoring of all the conference rooms in Glendale and assisting teams with electronic set up of meetings in conference rooms
- Responsible for all supply ordering and stocking for the Branch
Qualifications:
Required:
- High school diploma; no experience required
- Computer proficiency
Preferred:
- Previous mail room experience or professional office working experience
- Office event set up experience
- Previous Customer Service experience
Behaviors:

- Exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to effectilvely manage multiple priorities with competing deadlines
