- Job Location: Brownsville
- Productivity Bonus: Starts with 0.1% Monthly bonus based on collected premium from their contribution.
- Manages daily commercial quotes for all Channels: Captives, Franchisees of
- Pronto Insurance thru an Agency Management system to maintain the book of business of Pronto.
- Coordinates with Accounting the payments to Insurance Companies or brokers of sold policies in our stores.
- Ensures that all binding procedures are followed and executed in a professional manner and according to UW guidelines.
- Prospects and obtains new business for Pronto and through the Pronto sales force. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Assists in collecting payments from agents and customers
- Assists in notifying renewals to agents and customers
- Prepares Certificates of Insurance from all carriers to satisfy needs of customers
- Responsible in assisting commercial insurance needs of Pronto Insurance.
- Responsible for developing sales reports as needed.
- Responsible for coordinating and delivering basic training on commercial products and quoting process to our sales force.
- Responsible for updating Commercial Insurance Portal.
- Will coordinate lead commercial agents in territories.
- Requires a high degree of professional integrity, ethics, and confidentiality.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- P&C licensed
- Minimum experience of 1 year in the following types of insurance:
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
- Computer Proficiency
- Must be bilingual in English & Spanish, required.
