Requirements:
Experience –
One year experience in scheduling in a homecare setting required, one year in recruiting experience preferred.
Active LPN license in the state of Ohio
Skills – Exceptional customer service skills, time management skills
Oral Comprehension - The ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences.
Organization - ability to organize priorities and tasks effectively. Organize a large amount of sensitive data.
Verbal and written communication - possess excellent communication skills. Communicating clearly and effectively with various groups of people.
Computer skills - proficiency in Word, Excel, database software, ATS
Characteristics – This is an autonomous position, so we're looking for individuals that are self-motivated, organized, detail- oriented, a team player and willing to learn.
