    HR Manager
    Dayton, OH

    Are you passionate about people, processes, and driving organizational success? We're seeking a talented Human Resources Manager to play a pivotal role in supporting employees and enhancing workplace culture.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Talent Acquisition: Assist with recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews.
    • Employee Onboarding: Coordinate new hire orientation and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
    • HR Administration: Maintain employee records, handle HR-related inquiries, and manage HRIS systems.
    • Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns, fostering a positive work environment.
    • Performance Management: Support performance appraisal processes and provide guidance on performance improvement plans.
    • Benefits Administration: Assist with benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries, ensuring employees have access to valuable benefits.
    • Payroll Processing: Manage payroll activities, including processing employee timesheets, calculating wages, and ensuring accurate and timely payroll distribution.
    • Compliance: Stay up-to-date on HR laws and regulations, ensuring compliance with all employment laws and regulations.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • 3+ years experience in HR or related roles, with payroll and full cycle recruiting experience preferred.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
    • Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office suite.
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
