- Coach team members in Agile best practices, self-organization, and cross-functionality.
- Guide the team in creating high-value increments that meet the Definition of Done.
- Remove impediments to the team's progress.
- Ensure all Scrum events are engaging and productive.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive decision-making and support organizational projects.
- Assess team and organizational Scrum maturity and coach towards higher levels.
- Facilitate work without coercion, assigning, or dictating tasks.
- Facilitate discussion, decision-making, and conflict resolution.
- Assist with internal and external communication to improve transparency.
- Previous experience as a dedicated Scrum Master in an Agile Scrum environment.
- Certification in Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I, SASM, or equivalent) strongly preferred.
- Experience managing app development projects using Jira and other tracking tools.
- Typically requires 5-7 years of experience.
- This role requires a blend of leadership, coaching, and facilitation skills, along with a deep understanding of Agile principles and practices.
