- Facilitating getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work.
- Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.
- Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology or related.
- 5 - 7 years of experience in a complex large-scale enterprise.
- CSM, PSM I, SASM, or other Scrum Master certification strongly preferred.
- Manage app development projects using Jira and other tracking tools.
- Demonstrated leadership ability to coach and mentor the team to reach their highest potential

Job Description
We are a looking for a Infrastructure Scrum Master III to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in guiding and facilitating our agile development process, ensuring the successful implementation of Scrum and Agile principles and be Servant leader for scrum teams accountable for team's effectiveness.
This position is based on-site in Englewood, CO, USA and will be a W-2 Hourly 6-month contract with possible extension.
The hourly rate is $50/hr. - $53/hr. Candidates will be paid within this range based on their work experience and skills. Candidates are also eligible for limited benefits such as health insurance, professional development, training, our referral bonus program, and our wellness program.
