    YOUR DAILY ROLE

    • The Human Resources Generalist is directly responsible for assisting in the overall administration and coordination for the day-to-day human resource operation for their assigned location. Serves as a business partner with HR Manager and all managers in the facility.
    • Manage and perform all aspects of weekly payroll, along with payroll confirmation and accuracy and complete weekly invoicing
    • Facilitates the administration of human resources plans and programs for all facility personnel including but not limited to recognition, wellness, compliance, and ESG initiatives.
    • Assists in making recommendations and implements human resources policies and procedures for the facility, performs benefits administration to include claims resolution, change reporting, and education.
    • Assists with recruitment efforts for the facility
    • Maintain facility personnel, medical, and payroll files in accordance with legal and record retention requirements.

    YOUR PROFILE

    • A minimum of 2 years experience in a Human Resource Generalist capacity;
    • Strong working knowledge of multiple human resources disciplines including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, talent management, and federal and state employment laws
    • Bilingual in Spanish not required, but welcomed
    • Bachelors degree and relevant industry experience
    • Proficient with Microsoft office and Google Suit
    • Ability to think creatively about reducing transactional time and focus more on business strategic needs
    • Ability to communicate effectively with senior management as well as non-exempt employees
    • Able to adapt and work effectively with a variety of situations, individuals, or groups
